30-Day Inspection
30-Day Inspection
The Goal
If you did not use us for your pre-delivery inspection, that’s OK! The goal of 30-day inspection is to identify any defects that were missed or not included on the pre-delivery inspection report.
When to Submit Your Statutory 30-Day Form

The 30-day statutory forms must be submitted within the first 30 days of you taking possession of the home. Tarion will only accept one 30-day form submission so you must make sure the form is properly filled out and that it is complete. You should also include any items that were listed on your pre-delivery form but the builder has not yet addressed.

Spence can inspect your home, fill out the proper Tarion forms, and submit the forms on your behalf in a timely manner.
