Pre-Delivery Inspection

The goal of the pre-delivery inspection is to document the condition of your home before you move in. We will note on the PDI form anything that is missing, damaged, incomplete or in not working properly. We will also note items that cannot be inspected, because they are dirty or inaccessible.

30-day Inspection

If you did not use us for your pre-delivery inspection, that’s OK! At your 30-day inspection we will identify any defects that were missed or not included on the pre-delivery inspection report.

Year-end Inspection

At this point your home has gone through all four seasons. You have lived in the house for all most year and are just getting to know your new home. At this inspection we will look for any issues that have developed in the last year.
